Problem
The lack of predictability in filter results was causing empty searches and frustrating recruiters trying to screen candidates.
Solution
As a solution, we proposed working with error prevention by showing recruiters how many candidates were included in each filter option using counters.
Result
One month after launch, we achieved a 14x increase in filter interactions, plus positive feedback.
Problem
An increase in churn due to lack of candidates raised a red flag—clients were switching platforms because they couldn't attract candidates to their jobs.
Solution
To solve this problem, we started a task force with multiple fronts to attract candidates to our talent pool and thus increase the number of applications.
Result
In one year of effort to increase applications, we achieved 600k qualified applications through these initiatives.
